But what if this “wasted time” became a different message, sharing the voices and stories of those who are also waiting, but in a much longer line: the wait for a new organ?
More than 33,000 Brazilians are on the waiting list for a new organ. Yet, donation is still a taboo for thousands of people.
During National Organ Donation Week, ABTO replaced the on-hold messages of major companies with the voices of Fernando, Sabrina, and Maridalva , people who are also waiting to be attended to, but in a far longer line: the wait for a new organ.
